Constantine Cannon’s Art & Cultural Property Law Group Recognised as a Band 1 Leading Practice in Chambers UK 2021 Guide

The Chambers and Partners UK Guide supports the earlier released Chambers High Net Worth Guide in which experts and interviewees stated that the Department “ is best known for their art law litigation skills and is widely considered as one of the best in London in this field” and “I absolutely and totally adore them. They are professional, their attention to detail is phenomenal, they are really sophisticated, and they clearly know what they are talking about”.

Pierre Valentin, ranked as a Band 1 Leading Individual in both guides and the Head of the Department, is noted as having “extensive experience handling high-profile art matters”. Interviewees noted that Pierre is “top-notch” and “the star name of the art world”, while others remarked that “he is very intelligent, and he has a wonderful, encyclopaedic knowledge of deals” and “he is a leading individual who is exceptionally well known and knows his stuff very well”.

Fionnuala Rogers, also ranked as a Band 2 Leading Individual in both guides, is noted as well known for her expertise is cultural heritage matters, particularly in the Middle East region. The High Net Worth Guide notes that she is “phenomenal” and that “[s]he is a lovely individual, very personable and collaborative. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in her areas, adaptable and very much informed about current issues and their impact on law. She is really excellent, and she has a clear eye for this space”.
